Next weekend is the last Bank Holiday of the year, and for me and my family, that usually means the last BBQ of the year. So this week, we have some BBQ recipes that are perfect for a weekend feast.

Packed with healthy ingredients, and lower in fat (and calories), these grills are great for dining outdoors, and super quick to prepare too. There are some punchy flavours here, so keep your sides simple – a classic mixed leaf salad, a tomato and cucumber salad and a dollop of guacamole. 

Lime and Chilli Tuna Steaks

Ingredients for four

4 tuna steaks

2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lime juice

2 tablespoon of soy sauce (use reduced salt if you can)

2 tablespoons of honey

2 tablespoons of bottled chilli sauce (find it near the ketchup in your supermarket)

2 teaspoons of olive oil

Method

Pour all of the above over the tuna steaks, cover
