Every now and then you come across a mum who truly inspires. This mum looks back at her before and after photos and is completely surprised by what she sees!
The Healthy Mummy 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge has completely changed her mindset by teaching her what it means to have healthy options.
Jeanette says she loves the challenge and it really works
Jeanette Stubbins says that the before photo was of her before her Healthy Mummy journey. She says she was at her friend’s hen’s party in Marbella.
“I caught sight of this and didn’t recognise myself. I really had no idea I’d put on so much weight.”
Finding The Healthy Mummy
After a pop up on Facebook, Jeanette followed The Healthy Mummy and downloaded the free recipes from the website.
After two days, she says she bit the bullet and gave it a go. “I just followed the meals for the first 3 months and lost over 15lbs.” She says since then, she has lost another 10lbs!
“I fell off the wagon over summer but already The Healthy Mummy had taught me some healthy options so it wasn’t too bad, although I did put 3lbs back on.”
Jeanette says that this month was a turning point for her. “I was chosen to be a Motivating Mum and this has helped me to motivate myself.”
“I love The Healthy Mummy and it really works!” she says.

Jeanette loves her slow cooker. “My stew is in the slow cooker, I’m having a couple of smoothies today to save room for my beef,” she says.
“This month I’m determined to up my exercise and shift another 8lbs.”
