This Blueberry Yogurt Shakeology hits all the right notes — it has only five ingredients, it’s easy to make, and it’s healthy!

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
  • ½ cup fresh (or frozen) blueberries
  • ¼ cup + 2 Tbsp. reduced-fat (2%) plain Greek yogurt
  1. Place water, ice, Shakeology, blueberries, and yogurt in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
