There’s something about ginger that elevates any recipe. This protein ball recipe features both ground ginger and crystallized ginger for that extra oomph!

Ginger Pumpkin Spice Shakeology Balls

These Ginger Pumpkin Spice Shakeology Balls are the perfect zingy, pumpkin-y snack!

  • ¾ cup dry old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup all-natural smooth almond butter
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup raw honey
  • ¼ cup chopped raw walnuts
  • 1½ scoops Pumpkin Spice Vegan Shakeology
  • ¼ tsp. ground ginger
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped crystallized ginger
  1. Place oats in food processor; pulse for 20 seconds.

  2. Add almond butter, pumpkin, and honey; pulse until blended.   

  3. Add walnuts, Shakeology, and ground ginger; pulse until blended.

  4. Remove blade from food processor. Fold in crystallized ginger; mix well.

  5. Shape mixture into eighteen balls, approximately 1 Tbsp. each.

  6. Serve immediately (or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator).

Tip: You can substitute pecans or almonds for walnuts.
